These Terms cover your use of ViralCut — the SaaS that turns long-form video into vertical clips. They describe what you can do, what we can do, and what each side is responsible for.
By creating an account or using ViralCut you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using ViralCut on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ViralCut, and old enough in your jurisdiction to enter a binding contract.
Keep your login credentials secret. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including any clips published to a connected TikTok account.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
ViralCut runs on a credit model. Every account starts with 60 free credits; paid plans grant a monthly credit pool that resets each cycle. Top-up credits you purchase separately do not expire.
Processing a video charges credits only after the job completes — failed jobs are not billed. Exports are charged up front.
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for unused time. Top-up purchases are non-refundable once credits are issued.
You retain ownership of the videos you upload, the transcripts we generate from them, and the clips we render. You grant ViralCut a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to deliver the service — for example, transcribing, generating clips, rendering exports, and publishing to TikTok when you ask us to.
You confirm that you have the rights to every video you put through ViralCut. You're responsible for any copyright, trademark, publicity, or contractual claim that arises from your source material.

We may remove content, suspend an account, or terminate access without notice for serious or repeated violations.
ViralCut connects to third parties to function — Deepgram for transcription, Google Gemini for AI analysis, TikTok for publishing, Cloudflare R2 for storage, Stripe for payments, and Google for optional sign-in. Their terms govern those services; we're not responsible for downtime or policy changes on their side.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We'll give reasonable notice for changes that meaningfully affect paid plans.
ViralCut is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100 if greater.
You can stop using ViralCut and delete your account at any time. We can terminate or suspend your access for material breach of these Terms. On termination your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
